IWINTEC lock after-sale warranty

1. All of our products have TWO years’ warranty, they will be repaired free of charge within TWO years in normal use after cargo is on board.

    

2. We Supplier 2% accessories along with each order.

    

3. If any quality problem occurs, within warranty period, distributors should simply repair it first. If trouble still can not shoot, on the basic of trust, distributor can change the front / back lock body or mortise for his customer from his stock. Then distributors can send the defective parts to IWINTEC company by normal post (not DHL), and our company will send the new parts according tot he post-back parts to our distributor along with the next order, and we will subtract the post freight from the total sum of the next order. If problem occurs beyond the warranty, the solution is same, but the freight should be born by distributors.
